I need a PIN to make an account
For each child you’re trying to register, please text their Date of Birth and last name to: 662-331-8398.
I texted the number but haven’t received a Pin.
At this time, there is no automated way to send a Pin #. We will try to generate and send a pin as soon as possible.
I’m trying to schedule but it’s all blank.
It may be that we are booked up for that day.
I already have a portal account. Is this separate?
No. If you already have a portal account then you can schedule!
